They cancelled day of checkin

Traveling with a 5 and 2 year old and we received a call the morning we were supposed to check in that the property was sold that morning and our reservation was cancelled. They moved us to another of their properties and offered a small refund back but it was very stressful. We had reserved a 2 bedroom and were looking forward to the indoor pool. We ended up in a 1 bedroom and no pool. We looked for other places to stay but for same day checkin during a week when many were on spring break, there weren’t any options. Really disappointed.

Bait and switch

Was moved from the property that I reserved to a timeshare location. Had to move rooms while there due to noise issue. Complaints to the security office were global from many. Staff at location was friendly, but the clientele was what I was trying to avoid with my original booking. Horrible experience.
