Great staff t check in , all workers on property were very friendly and informative. Our room was spacious and clean with everything we would ever need. We enjoyed the pool and especially the adult pool. Hot tub and game room are awesome and putt putt. We will be back for sure we Loved it.

Hello, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent reservation. We made a confirmed reservation for Club Wyndham in Williamsburg through Expedia on June 2. We then drove from Delaware on the afternoon of Friday, June 20. Around 4:00 PM that day, I received both a voicemail and an email stating that our reservation had been canceled. The message provided four options: three comparable resort alternatives or a full refund. After reviewing the suggested replacement resorts, we found them to be significantly less comparable to the resort we originally booked. Given the circumstances, we felt we had no choice but to accept a refund and book a room at a Holiday Inn, which was considerably more expensive. We are very disappointed with this situation and are unsure whether the error originated with Club Wyndham or Expedia. We would appreciate it if you could look into this matter. As a frequent Expedia user, I am unsure if I will continue to utilize Expedia or book a stay at the Wyndham going forward. Troy Bembenek

Only complaint about the suite was that the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from those around you. Only complaint about the facility is when checking in at the second desk they asked for my credit card and I assumed it was for incidentals ,but after they swiped it I was told that was a $60 reservation for my spot in a time share demonstration. When I protested that I don't want to sit through a 1.5 hour lecture on the joys of a time share I was told they couldn't refund me and the best way was to just go to the presentation. Long story short I went to the presentation and got my "deposit" back without having to waste an hour and a half of my life.

Many activities are avaliable but one huge issue was the old creaking floors on each level. We were lucky to come on Monday-friday but Thursday night a family checked in and they stomped and ran when they're in their room.
