I recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to Williamsburg, VA, for both business and leisure, and it was truly a gem! The rates were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, Miriam greeted my wife and me, making check-in quick and easy. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast to start the day off. The best service and comfortable stay made a lasting impression, and I’ll choose this hotel again in the future.

I had four 10 year olds with me and the arcade was perfect bc it was pretty sound proof. It’s very clean looking and smelling. Pool and hot tub are nice as well.

My stay at the Comfort Suites was good. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from W&M. The decor is modern. I took advantage of the complimentary breakfast and appreciated this perk.

Overall a wondeful hotel experience, the room was well priced, and the hotel was full of accommodations. The breakfast in particular was rather enjoyable. The staff, especially the front desk staff were very respectful, responsive, and extremely good at their job.

Our room was quite nice but the hotel needs some renovation. We were stuck in the elevator but staff was helpful in getting us out quickly. The coffee maker kept acting up and causing problems on the floor. Again staff quickly responded.
