We had poop on our shower curtain, a grape on our floor in a room that had dogs, cleaning was putting polishing chemicals on the range coils where it caused the suite and whole floor to smoke up. It was terrible and disgusting. Since I booked through Expedia they couldn't give me any comparison, so I paid 1000 for 2days in a disgusting room.Dont stay here.

Nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but clock in 1 bedroom was 1hour later and no way to change, coffee cold at 5:00pm, very noisy heat/cold in 1 bedroom till after I went to bed, showerhead neededto be replaced since full shower was sparce,no pump shower body but shampoo and conditioner in pumps lamps plug in behind matress (possible fire hazzard and no plastic cups in bathrooms. Otherwise a nice room with kitchen.

The staff was very good, facility was nice and clean, breakfast was good, the best part was being dog friendly. Only drawback, it was somewhat difficult to get to the dog park and not much room to walk her. But overall it was a nice stay.

Don’t stay here because they have roaches!! First room they game us smelled like bug spray and then we saw a roach behind the door. They moved us to a second room and we the saw another roach. Save yourself and don’t stay here!

The suite was decent - had a living room with a closet, a nice little kitchenette with a fridge, a decent-sized bathroom, and the bedroom was pretty nice, with a large closet. The hotel was in a good location, not directly on the street, but set back a little, so we didn't have any street noise. A balcony would have been appreciated, also the main doors to the other units were loud. So if not for the A/C running, we'd have been woken up by the slamming of the heavy doors. Also, some people might be concerned about some of the minor wear and tear in the rooms that comes with normal aging. But I heard some staff saying they would be renovating next year, so I hope that will be remedied. The breakfast area was large, and the choices were okay, not always very hot. We would stay again because we loved the suite. Oh, and the worst thing, IMO, was the lack of TV choices. There were two TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, which was good. But very few channels, and they were so very awful. And no chance of streaming anything, there were no options there. The desk people were nice and friendly. This review is for the Williamsburg, VA location.

Hotel is clean and run-well. I am allergic to pets, so I was not happy about being placed in a "pet-friendly" room. I don't know if there is an option to "opt-out" of these rooms when making a reservation. I booked through Expedia as I usually do.

We have been staying at this location for 10 years now, they always been impeccable in everything! They are always supportive, kind and professional, the pool is perfect cool during summer hot on winter, super close to the parks, breakfast is plenty on options, the staff is always always nice, several times we have need to stay an extra night of fun, they always find a way to accommodate us even going the extra mile in offering us the best options and ways to save money in each of our last minutes extra nights, (even on the busy seasons!) they are the best place for long stays were we try to cook some of our meals and for and Awesome recommendations when we like to have dinner around. At this point we have been on solo journeys, with our daughter and with our 3 nephews, and we have been extremely please with all their room accommodations for every occasion, this hotel has become our home away from home when in the area. Thank you Stacey you make us feel like coming back home every time!

Great little hotel in the heart of Williamsburg. I loved the apartment style setup. It was quiet and clean and close to everything I wanted to visit. The breakfast was adequate for it being “free” and the coffee was really good. This is a great place for families or anyone wanting to be a close driving distance to the Williamsburg attractions.
