The price was good. The location is convenient The room was dirty. Actually found a dirty plastic spoon beside bed and partial painted toe nail on rug. Rooms are not serviced daily due to Covid 19. Bathroom needed scrubbed. This our 3rd or 4th stay here and have never seen it in such poor condition.

This hotel is falling apart. Paint peeling in our room, chipped toilet, shower head sprays all over, AC in room didn’t work. There was an active leak from the roof in the hallway, dripping directly onto an AC unit. They had a towel laid over it as remedy. Pool is starting to turn green, and looks bad. Hotel was clean and staff was kind. Breakfast was the best part of the hotel.

AC did not work in my room there was an extreme heat warning, my sister room AC worked fine my room was always hot. Maintenance person said it worked fine but again my sister’s room was significantly cold to the point she had to turn off the AC at times. Meanwhile on the highest settings my room was still warm as if the AC hadn’t been on the whole time. It’s a give or take with the AC units it may or may not work.

We always use this hotel for large family events in Virginia. This year was disappointing. I had requested a 1st of 2nd floor months prior at the time I booked. We were put on the 4th floor. I am claustrophobic; however the cardio was great. I found left over food (candy gummies) on the floor. The sheets had stains, and the bed skirt was half in half out. My cousin had to clean the pool of debris so they could swim. We were told there was no room service unless requested each day. We did this but forgot tp, we had to go to the front desk. Inexpensive but it is starting to affect the lodging.

Nice enough room , comfortable bed, big TV. Bathroom looked liked it had been roughed-up a bit and could use some deeper cleaning, but still not horrible. Easy access to Colonial Williamsburg. Good breakfast with nice dining area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options. The room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom fan was not functioning causing the metal to rust, laminate to peel, and the pictures mold. The floors were not thoroughly cleaned as evidenced by sunflower seeds and hair rubber bands left on the floor in multiple places. In addition there were rooms left propped open next door to us making us uneasy and evident that the rooms are not well maintained or monitored. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Stayed 5 days with my son. They didnt change our towels out fhe whole time we were their. When my son asked for more towels at the front desk. The lady rudely stated they dont have them .we would have to come back. When they were done with them.there was a mildew smell right when got off the elevator. I was guessing it was the ice machine. Had went bad, cause there wasn't ice on the third floor. We will probably pay a little extra next time. For little bit more renovated hotel.
