The property received the ratings I gave because of an injury sustained by my grandson in room 418. HOWEVER, the manager reached out to me and checked on my grandson, adjusted my bill and said he would have ALL rooms checked for safety in the area where my grandson was injured. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this facility to friends and family.

Not the worst experience for sure but...

Last min booking after a horrific experience at another hotel. Staff was super understanding and accommodating. First room had an ac leak they moved us quickly to another. Rooms are a little used in the bathroom area but nothing that's too bad. Everything was clean beds were cozy. THERE IS A TRAIN RIGHT BEHIND THE HOTEL! This is something I had no idea until we were awakened in the middle of the night by the noise and shaking - that was a surprise I could have done without. Pool was very cold especially being indoor. The biggest disappointment was the included breakfast. The room it is in was very tight space where you could hardly get in as it was absolutely packed. The hot offering was scrambled eggs and over cooked sausage links. Some very dry pastries were offered but very limited. There was a waffle area but the line was so long you couldn't even get to it. They do not allow you to take your breakfast back to your room and in turn there is no where to sit in the lobby area. I think the flow of breakfast certainly could have been changed and the options could be varied a bit. Over all I would stay again the value for the room was fine. I would just know to be prepared for the train and ask for a room in the front of the hotel. I would also go prepared to have my breakfast out.

Enjoy the train

Unfortunately I wanted to like this place but just can’t recommend. Our first room had no hot water. Gave it two days then had to move to a different room. Then that room had a leaky a/c unit and the carpet became soaked. Had to move rooms again. That one was better. There is a train that runs right behind the hotel which runs at all hours of the night and early morning. Woke us up each time it ran by. Beds were ok nothing special. Just can’t recommend based on the train alone.

The breakfast food was ok. Not that many choices. As for the EV charging it is for Tesla cars only so I wasn’t able to charge my Jeep. Staff were very friendly. Not to much noise. We did hear a train and a few big trucks but nothing that would keep you awake. The pool was freezing so we didn’t really swim. The beds were comfortable and well kept.

Water pressure in thw rooms are not only low, you have to run thw water for more than a minute for the sink or tub to get hot water. The rooms were clean; however it smells of mildew. In addition if you are staying for business there is no where to hang your clothes only a dresser to put your clothes in. Could use an upgrade.

Booked this hotel originally because of the electric car charging, but didn’t end up needing it. The place definitely needs an overhaul. Rooms didn’t have a wall thermostat and temp was off upon arrival, so it took about 2 hours for room to get to temp and even then it was struggling. Units looked to be hold and could t control the humidity in the rooms as we saw several dehumidifiers running throughout the hotel. Tub was stained from something and things like the carpet needed to be replaced. Not necessarily dirty, just older. Breakfast was horrible due to layout. Way too small! Only had one working waffle maker and line backed up on that. And a sign that said not to take your food to your room, and that was funny because there was no place to sit and eat so what are you supposed to do. And you’re able to eat in your anyways so why does breakfast matter. Just added to list. We would not recommend to others.
