We stay here 2 or 3 times a year, and its always a great stay. The pools are beautiful and well maintained, the units are spacious and clean, and the staff is amazing.

Everything was great only issue the hairdryer in main bedroom bath didnt work and no extra toliet paper.. Easy enough to overlook.. The upgrades are very nice.

Perfect for the historic triangle sites

A lovely setting in secure parkland. Apartments large and very well equipped with kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two tvs. Ideal for the history triangle sites.

The stagf was wonderful and rooms clean but there was several things that need repair and updating Our back deck was buckled rooms and furniture needs updating Bars and restaurants where closed to offen

Property on outside was beautiful. On inside was very nice. When you first walk in, carpet looked worn and it did not smell very fresh. Some paint on walls was chipped off. Master bathroom sink drains pretty slow. These are not deal breakers for us but giving you feedback. We will be back and would recommend others. It was a nice time.

It was as expected. The TV in my bedroom didn’t work. I didn’t ask for assistance so that’s on me. It’s a nice piece of property and it’s very well kept and my kids enjoy it in the location is perfect for the theme parks. Guest services are very responsive.

The property grounds were nicely maintained. The rooms were clean if a bit outdated. Check in was efficient. The location was great and close to area attractions. Our biggest complaint was our son reserved a 4 bedroom unit but it was not clear in the description that these were technically two different units not connected together. They had two small children so one entire unit was a waste and unused. The restaurant was definitely a bust. It took way too long for mediocre expensive food. It was too hot to eat inside as well. The pool bar had no food options and one worker who was swamped by the volume. I was also not aware that there were charges for all of the activities offered.

Units advertised as a 4 bedroom are really just 2 separate 2 bed units. Our unit had a leak by the screen door. Several parts of property not in great condition. Service was average at best.

What a wonderful family friendly resort, the grounds are immaculate, the unit was sparkly clean and everything inside in working order. The customer service is superb; they respond very quickly to any inquiries or requests via text messages. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I would stay there again next time I am in the area.
