Clean and well maintained. My only issue is the extra resort fee of $50 I had to pay and did not use any of the resort amenities because it was a very short stay to go to Busch Gardens.

Accomodations were nice, surfaces updated, and parking convenient, but overall we would not consider it a Grand location, as labelled. Not enough sidewalks nor lit pathways to walk to the pool/restaurant/activity center building from our room. Called and asked for new towels, they said we had to bag up old towels for exchange, and then they never arrived with new towels that day or the next. They missed giving us vouchers for our breakfast we had paid to add-on, had to go back to the front the next day to receive, when we went on day 2, we found the restaurant was being run by one server (he was very kind, but way too much work for one person. The dishwasher was kind to provide some help with beverages.) If we hadn't already paid for breakfasts at booking, we would have left. Again, this didn't match the "Grand Vacation" label on the coffee mug. Food, however, was delicious! Unfortunate that a simple breakfast experience took more than two hours. We were unprepared, especially with only a two night stay, to be sent to a table for a "welcome packet" only to feel obligated to agree to give up half a day to Hilton sales - spending 3 hours in a presentation. I was surprised there wasn't a historical emphasis anywhere, though called the Historic Powhatan. The indoor pool area was nice, but basic. Overall comfortable, but after staying on more exceptional Colonial Williamsburg properties, this was a step down from what we expected.

Everything was good except when checking in at night you can NOT see the building numbers and for people who never been need more explanation also when bringing more than 1 car where 2nd car has to park is ridiculously far from unit you renting Needs atleast 2 spaces per unit i think

Everything was great about our stay. The only issue we had was the LONG check in line however even with the line being long they were fast and efficient. The rooms are a little dated but nice and very clean.

We have stayed here at least 8-9 times over the years. It is consistently comfortable, clean and convenient to stay here. We love how close it is to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We will keep coming here as long as we can.

Excellent stay as always. Due to a mix up at check-in I was given a 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious and comfortable for the time we spent there. Was not on the grounds long enough to walk and enjoy the scenery. Will definitely choose this location again when I am in the area. The only thing I noticed which may become an issue in the future was the shower in the hall bathroom. It was a walk-in and to no avail we could not keep the floor from getting wet. You could tell that this has been a continuous issue because the floor tiles are warping. A glass shower door would be much better.

This location was great. It was convenient for my husband and I for dinner, shopping, Bush Gardens and site see g. The resort Bar was great also. The bar tender Patty was awesome and the drinks were great and affordable. This Resort had everything we needed. We will definitely recommend this place.
