Clean comfortable room. A little dated, but in good maintenance. Baby elephant upstairs the 1st two nights was a little much, but once they settled it was fine. Quiet and convinient to most of the area. We will definitely return again.

The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and provided plenty of room for 4 adults. We were there for a family event, so did not take advantage of the amenities. Only drawback was limited hot water and the primary bath was in need of updating. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

After a very long day, I checked on after10:30 pm. My keycard did not work. I contacted the hotel via chat (as directed at check in) and was told that maintenance would come. After waiting close to 20 minutes, I returned to the front desk to request another room. The front desk tells me it would be best to have security open my room. Long story short, I did not get into my room until close to midnight. Not happy!!!!

Our apartment was clean and spacious. Our bed was comfortable. Kitchen was adequate andwe had all the things we needed to prepare meals. The shower in the master bath was wonderful. And our unit had a porch on the backside of our unit and it was peaceful and quiet. We were very pleased with our accommodations.

The hotel staff were very efficient & pleasant. They gave me a complimentary upgrade and The room was amazing. They have a lot of great amenities & the location is very quiet. I plan on returning again soon

The GM Ryan was so personable. We had a minor issue with accessing one of our rooms and he personally fixed the matter right away. The property exceeded expectations. I can’t wait to visit again.

We loved our stay at the Powhatan Hilton Vacation Club in early November for 3 nights, a family of 4 plus a Grandma. It was close to Colonial Williamsburg and the Jamestown Settlement plus the Historic Jamestown site. Our place was spacious and very clean with 2 bedrooms/baths, living room with “fireplace”, kitchen, small deck! The price was reasonable, a deal, I thought. Check- in and out were easy; everyone was pleasant! 5 stars!!

Overall it was a good stay. Concierge was on top of it. Check in was too hectic. Fitness room was awful. Appliances - coffee maker and dishwasher were broken. Coffeehouse didn't have a working espresso machine.

Rooms are outdated but mostly clean. Staff was pretty hands off and a bit curt with people checking in but check in was quick. Good location and price for what we needed it for.
