Very quick check in and out. Pool was warm, hittib was not in service. Sufficient selection at breakfast, there was oatmilk available. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator. Hotel was not busy, Thursday, on Memorial day weekend. The only negative was the heater in the bedroom was very noisy, and we are light sleepers. It was cold for May a extra blanket would have been nice. Great location.

I booked this hotel for Easter weekend to visit my daughter at college. We booked this location specifically becuase it listed a hot tub, and showed the hot tub in hotel photos. After checking in, we went to utilize it and found it empty. Front desk staff stated it is out of use and likely won't be fixed in the future. Had I known this, I would have booked elsewhere.

Hot tub was out of order with no mention of this on the hotel's website. Beds were saggy with legs being higher than head. Evening front desk person on check in was not welcoming, difficult to hear when she was speaking to us, and not helpful or apologetic when we discussed our disappointment with the hotel.
