Great location if you are planning a trip to visit the Ark!Peter was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and helpful with an adjustment to our stay. Great coffee station! The kitchen pots, pans and utensils made cooking enjoyable and clean up easy.I would definitely recommend to friends/family.

I would absolutely stay in this lovely home again. We tend to run late on road trips, and only stayed about twelve hours, which is a shame, because it was beautiful, spacious, clean, had everything we needed, and was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our host was also kind enough to leave a basket of goodies which the kids pillaged immediately. I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was perfect! The house was clean and I loved that all the towels and linens smelled clean - no heavy scents. We had a group of 8 and the house was perfect for our needs! The laundry downstairs worked perfectly and I liked the double machines for the amount of clothes we needed washed. The pack and play for our baby was again very clean , no smells or stains and the baby sheets were clean as well! This house is a must and will fit all your needs- we would definitely stay again and Peter was very easy to reach with any needs or questions we had and made our stay that much better!

We had a terrific stay at this VRBO. We did have a small problem with bedding in one room, but our host was quick to respond and remedy our concerns. This home is fantastically stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen and we appreciated the snacks and coffee that were provided as a little thanks 4 staying gift. The rooms have great natural light and we enjoyed seeing the neighborhood deer each morning and evening. The backyard is great for kids to get out some energy and the carport has great seating to relax and watch kids or deer as you drink some coffee and unwind. Not the fanciest place to stay, but a terrific, reasonably priced, quiet, clean home to stay in as you visit the Ark Encounter or nearby sites. Sleeps 6 very comfortably.

It was clean and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to stretch out. Make sure to bring snack foods in, he leaves some out but very limited. There was a coffee machine and coffee for it. It is very close to the Ark. Overall, a very quaint place.

Awesome place to stay

We loved the idea of being able to move around the house without running into each other and it being so close to the Ark Encounter. The kids could play in side without having to worry about being to loud and not worry about them because they were in our sight all the time the house was clean and well stocked.
