Perfect Place
Flock Inn is the perfect get away place. Leanne is a wonderful hostess and helped us feel right at home. The property is well groomed, and the home is clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need when you're away from home. It's the perfect location if you're visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. I loved that Leanne has a binder that lets you know about places to eat, different stores close by and other interesting places to visit. I would highly recommend this property. It was peaceful and perfect for my family.

Flock Inn - Excellent!
All 5 of us, ranging in age from 19 to 73, loved the property. The house was clean and neat. There were games to play at night which made for a lot of laughter. The deck was comfortable and we sat out for a while just to talk. The house was well stocked and had a lot of cute features. We enjoyed the pictures and murals. Flock Inn is just minutes from the Ark and restaurants. We were able to have great family time at the house after our visit there. On Sunday we visited a church that was just minutes from the house. Flock Inn was a long drive but worth it when we got there.

Great mini-vacation: Ark Encounter & Creation Museum
Super clean home in a small, quiet cove. Convenient, less than 10 minute drive to Ark Encounter. 40 minute drive to Creation Museum. Would stay here again! 5 star cleanliness! Appreciate the provided soap, detergents, toilet paper, clean linens, and comfortable beds. Our family enjoyed ping-pong and large screen smart tv in basement, which has 3 comfy recliners, couch, and blankets nearby. We picked up Snappy Tomato Pizza and ate in the basement at the dining table while we watched a movie Friday night. The next night we ate nearby at The Happy Dragon Buffet. Delicious and clean restaurant with fresh food on buffet. Nice, friendly, and family owned business. We cooked breakfast and ate every morning in the eat-in kitchen. Non-stick skillet and fully stocked with kitchen linens, dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. Toaster, coffee pot, full size fridge, and dishwasher all clean inside. Washer and dryer, hairdryer, steamer, iron and ironing table provided. Leanne is a great communicater. She replied quickly when I accidentally got a small splinter in my finger. She directed me to a nearby Dollar General to buy a needle. In fact, we bought all of our breakfast foods while we were there at the store. This was a lot nicer than our family staying in 2 hotel rooms. Thank you for a safe and comfortable stay.

Just as pictured
Everything was as pictured and all the little extras were fantastic! (All soaps and detergents) plus all of the conveniences of “home.” Home is very clean. Only suggestion - a TV is needed upstairs (only 1 in basement). This is shown within the details so not a misrepresentation, just a suggestion. Communication from owner was the quickest I have ever experienced through VRBO. Location was great as to The Ark, however the immediate area seems a little worn down. (Looks as if some rejuvenation is being done in the local town. Walmart is only 10 mins away. A great Mexican restaurant as well. The Creation Museum is a little further but not bad at all. As well as the international horse park/museum. We enjoyed that very much. Over all this is a 5 star rental I would recommend!

Home Away From Home
This place was wonderful. Convenient to every thing, close to town, and just a few miles to the Ark Encounter. It was stocked with every thing you could possibly need and more. This was a prefect " Home Away From Home". I hope to go back someday and stay there again.

This was a very clean, quiet, comfortable accommodation. We were 3 senior ladies and felt so welcome. Thank you. Only thing...when you told us to put out the trash for early pick up....3 am is really early pickup!

Fabulous Flock Inn Stay
So nice, beautifully decorated with every amenity. So clean, and beds so comfortable. Kitchen exceptionally well stocked. Plenty of nice towels, wash cloths, etc. Showers had great water pressure. Everything worked well. Easy to communicate with Leanne, the host. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Excellent lighting inside and out. We had a wonderful time. Location was great for The Ark and easy to get to the Creation museum

Great Stay
Stay was great. My brother and I took our 2 elderly parent to the ark. The house was very close to the ark so it was very convenient. House was well stocked and very clean. Basement had a great entertainment room, sadly we did not get to enjoy it as 3 of the 4 members of our party have issues with stairs.The house was perfect for us as all essential rooms such as bedroom bathroom and kitchen were on the main floor. My mom is very short (under 5 ft) and we learned that the beds were all a bit too high for her to get on without help, but there was a Walmart very close by where we were able purchase a cheap step stool to help her (lesson learned, always take a step stool with us just for her). Overall it was a great stay, we even had a neighborhood cat that came by and greeted us on the porch on the last day. Beautiful, friendly orange short hair with no collar, but very well groomed so you knew he/she belonged to someone.
