Newly remodeled interior! Centrally-located making everything convenient! The University, coffee, restaurants, breweries, bars, and shopping are close. Only 5.7 miles from the ILM airport, 3.5 miles from historic downtown , and 5 miles from Wrightsville Beach. One block from the river to the sea bike trail that will guide you to downtown or Wrightsville Beach. Long Leaf Park (free splashpad for kids) and Empie Park are very close. We had a wonderful stay- the home was spacious for my family of 4. It has a fenced yard for your fur babies. Plus it has a basketball net for some outdoor fun. The house was clean with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and the location was great for us!

Little house big space!

This house on a corner lot with a big yard has a lot of space for your family! Our family of 5 slept, dined and relaxed comfortably. Lots of nice amenities and thoughtful touches made it a wonderful stay. We will be back!
