We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location is excellent—right next to Broadway, making it very convenient to walk around, especially with kids. The beach was quiet, peaceful, and not crowded, which made it perfect for relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff, rooms, location, and views were great. Only complaints were I wish the hotel coffee shop wasn't a Starbucks (local is better) and 1 of the 2 elevators (for a 200+ room hotel) were not working so it often took 5+ minutes to get to us.

The property is in the perfect location and accessible to the beach. During the time of my stay there was only one working elevator, which was a huge inconvenience given that they were sold out that weekend. Fortunately my room was on the second floor so I was able to walk to my room. Otherwise the staff was friendly and provided great customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Right on the beach, the perfect view for fireworks, and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. This was our first time to North Carolina, and we fell in love with beaches here. The only reason we didn’t give it a 5 start was because the elevator is still not in use. I read reviews back in the spring that the elevator was not in use, so I was hopeful it would be fixed by now, but it was not. So at times, the wait was long getting up or down. Just a minor inconvenience. Overall, great hotel, staff, and location.
