Summertime visitors should pack their clubs, as the home sits directly adjacent to the Haystack Golf Course. Hiking and mountain biking trails, state parks, and several natural areas offer even more ways to get out and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. Wintertime visitors will love being so close to Mount Snow, around seven miles north, with lots of opportunities for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in between. All the shops, restaurants, and amenities of Wilmington are around three miles away.

At the home itself, start each day with a cup of coffee and some cool mountain air on the deck, then step inside to make breakfast when hunger strikes. Hardwood floors, wood-paneled ceilings and walls, and a corner woodstove create a cozy cabin vibe. Pop into the full kitchen - and take note of the impressive collection of cast iron cookware on the wall - to whip up culinary creations for friends and family, then sit down for a meal together at the adjacent table before heading out.

When you return, get that woodstove crackling and snuggle up with some hot cocoa while you watch TV. Let the washer/dryer take care of any clothes from the day, then fire up the grill on the deck for an easy cookout. Entertainment options for a night at home include free WiFi, a DVD player for movies, a CD player and music library, and board games. Four comfortable bedrooms await when you get sleepy. The washer/dryer are in the finished basement, accessible by ladder. The space may pose accessibility challenges for some guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
