Double-Unit Condo in Historic District with River View, Walk to Shops & Cafes

This 2BR/2BA riverside rental is comprised of two adjacent condos in the Wilmington Historic District. Each unit offers a well-equipped kitchen and a sunlit living area. Enjoy a beverage or snacks on your private balconies, each overlooking the Cape Fear River with breathtaking sunset views. Walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions from this prime location.
LIVING AREA - Each of the two units features a spacious living room, complete with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING - Both units feature a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to create delicious meals, including an array of appliances (except a dishwasher). When it's time to eat, each unit accommodates three at the kitchen bar.
BED & BATH - This two-unit rental sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in each. Both units offer a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a closet to store and hang your things. Each unit is fitted with a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. The two units are connected inside with double doors for convienent cross over access. The doors provide togetherness and seperation for children and friends; each door has a separate lock for privacy.
OUTDOOR AREA - Enjoy amazing views of the river, Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina from the private balconies. Simply walk across the street, stroll along River Walk to get a up close and relaxed view of the Cape Fear.

PRIVATE PARKING - for two passenger CARS is provided for these two suites.
DO NOT PARK IN ANY OTHER SPACES. TOWING IS INFORCED.
There is also a paid parking lot adjacent to our building and a paid parking deck 2 blocks away.
These units are located on the second floor. Elevators are available.

LOCATION - This rental offers an extremely walkable locale, nestled in the Historic District near eateries, shops, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all nearby. For a day at the shore, travel is about 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.

Inside of units were updated, modern and spotless

Convenience to dining and historic walks around town. Directly across the river from Battleship NC and River Walk. Private parking in the lot behind the property made it very convenient. Building was clean and well kept.

Wilmington Condo

The location of this rental is great. We came in with family for the annual Ironman 70.3 and it was the perfect location to see T2 and the Finish. The Condo was clean but not nice furnishings or appointments. But it was convenient and fine for our family weekend.
