In the heart of the historic downtown Wilmington, you are a mile from the action on Market Street where there are a ton of great restaurants to eat, drink, and places to shop! Ask us for recommendations on the best restaurants! All this within a 5 minute drive... oh and don't forget to walk the boardwalk! If you're looking to head to Wrightsville beach it is a quick 15 minute drive to even more amazing restaurants and the sandy beaches.
The Space:
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite private master bathroom, 43 in smart TV, closet, and 2 nightstands
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with 1 nightstand and a closet
Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds with a nightstand between them and walk in closet. There is about 2.5 feet of space between the beds so you're not crammed together.
**bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom upstairs and all bedrooms are on the 2nd level**
DOWNSTAIRS:
All of downstairs is open concept meaning the kitchen, living room, and dining area share a large space. Kick your feet on the large ottoman while relaxing on the couch and watching your favorite shows on the 55 inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a full coffee bar, pots/pans, baking sheets, seasonings & oil, baggies, tupperwares, foil, etc. For your convenience the coffee bar includes a Keurig, coffee pot, sugar, creamer, tea, and to-go cups. The dining table is a heavy duty Ashely Furniture table with seating for 6 with an additional 3 barstools at the kitchen island.
BACKYARD:
The backyard is fenced in and includes plenty of outdoor seating as well as a BBQ complete with a propane tank for your use.
PARKING:
There is a 2 car driveway and street parking available
PLEASE READ IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A PET:
- Only dogs are allowed and there is a maximum of 2 (please note dogs in your booking inquiry)
- A $100 pet fee per pet will be charged
- No dogs on furniture & you must pick up after them
- If any excessive damage or cleaning is required due to the pets, you will be charged accordingly

HOUSE RULES:
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and respect for our neighbors, please review and follow the rules below:
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 fee, plus any additional costs for cleaning or damage.
QUIET HOURS (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Outdoor noise must be significantly reduced after 10 PM. Failure to do so will result in removal from the home.
GUEST POLICY:
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No unauthorized or undisclosed guests allowed without prior permission. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $25 per person.
**Once a stay begins, it cannot be shortened. We may extend based on requests/availability.
**If there is excessive damage or uncleanliness of the home upon check out we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
Guest Access:
We've implemented a keyless entry system for your convenience. Your unique front door access code will become active during your designated check-in and check-out periods. Please note that if you arrive before your scheduled check-in time, your access code may not be active until the designated time. Similarly, upon check-out, your access code will automatically deactivate promptly after your designated check-out time.
