I can not say enough good things about our stay. The neighborhood was charming and very walkable. Wayne and Bobby are amazing hosts, the property was immaculate. What was over the top as far as VRBOs was how homey and welcoming it was. We have a good amount of experience with these rentals and they are not all created equal! If you find yourself thinking about a stay in Wilmington, do yourself a favor and choose here. Also shout out to Bobby’s recommendation for Savor as a breakfast spot. You won’t regret this choice either.

We loved our stay at the Butterly Hideout and everything was so easy and delightful. Everything was perfect. Second time we were here and it was just at good as the first time if not better. Clean room, brought our dog and was like he was at home. Restaurants, shops, and bars are all in walking distance. The room was meticulously clean and all the amenities you can think of. I travel a lot for work and this room is much better than any hotel and by far the best VRBO I have stayed at.
