Old with a dirty bathroom

The staff was very nice. The room was old, I found the bathroom to be dirty and very old. The shower and sink faucet leaked, the bathroom door was filthy with dirt and handprints and the shower floor was disgusting. The room seemed old and the remote for the tv didn’t work. I didn’t complain about anything, but would not stay at this hotel again.

When we arrived they had a charge on one of the rooms when it was showing a Zero balance on my app due to using my One Key cash. They would not check us in unless we paid $104 for the room. After arguing for a while the off site manager held the charges but im not sure it wasn't charged yet. The rooms stunk of cigarette smoke even tho its supposed to be a no smoking facility. Not pleased with tbe stay at all

Based on the reviews, I was expecting more. I assume since I secured a discounted rate, I was given a room that was not as well appointed as described in the numerous 5-star reviews. There were greasy/ oily hand prints throughout the bathroom area. The sheets may have been changed, but I can’t confirm. There was hair of a color and length that did not match mine throughout the bed. I should have paid the additional $5 for the other option in the area. I won’t be back to this property.

Once again, this place did not disappoint. Staff is always super friendly from the front desk to the housekeepers. I feel like every time I come here the service and the surroundings are better and better, and for that reason, I will keep coming back. The beds are so comfortable and there’s always parking

This property felt very unsafe for females to stay in and there was stains all over the carpet and ceiling. The remote and other surfaces were sticky. It was dingy, the pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. There was some type of wired device in the corner of the room that looked like a camera of sorts. Expedia didn’t help refund despite feeling unsafe. Will not be booking with them again so beware before you do! Stayed all of 5 minutes after seeing these things and booked a new hotel immediately.

The hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and easy drive to downtown. The room was nice. The bathroom smelled bad of cigarette smoke, which i did inform the front desk about. People try to be sneaky and smoke in the rooms even though it's a smokeless hotel but can't hide the smell. The lady at the front desk was very nice when i told her. I would stay again!

Overall, the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the size accommodated my family and I.. this establishment is in an amazing location. Everything that you need is within 5 to 10 minutes of this hotel.. I love the fact that the beach was only 15 minutes away, and the pool area was very clean and well kept. I would definitely visit this location with my family again for sure! The only downside to this location was the fact that the laundry facility was in the Sister hotel across the parking lot and the morning breakfast options were very limited. No protein was provided. But overall, I would rate this hotel a 6/10
