Difficult to enter with keypad, no WiFi instructions given, no info on where to place trash, parking was a concern with no reserved spots but ended up better than we expected but only because we arrived late every night after horse showing all day. No Netflix app uploaded and no Roku password was given in order to add apps. Messaging was not timely with owner. Appreciated the responses but well after the fact. We were happy we could bring our very sick dog with us, but hard to find green space for potty breaks in any downtown setting.

We absolutely loved this place! It had everything you needed and was steps away from downtown. Long horse show days were made so much easier when at the end you can just park the car and be steps away from dinner. Its proximity also made the drive to the show in the morning super quick and easy. Would absolutely love to come back!

We were there for an event at The Murphy Theatre. It was walking distance to the Theatre and dinner at the General Denver. The place was clean and had everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. There is several stairs to get to the apt, so if you struggle with stairs this might be difficult.
