SHUT IT DOWN

All the linen on both beds were damp and cold because A/C was left on high all day! Requested new linen and was told front desk personnel didn’t have access to housekeeping room. It’s 9pm when I arrived and checked in after a 10 hour drive from Ohio. Nicky Polk was front desk manager and was absolutely rude with no compassion for the situation. I wanted to check out but no availability at other nearby hotel and Nicky Polk assured me that I was not going to get reimbursed! My family and I slept on top of damp blankets and checked out in the morning and was able to check in at Double Tree about a mile away!!! Terrible hospitality and customer service!!! SHUT THIS HOTEL DOWN

Not bad for the Price.

Staff were helpful and the room was clean but the furniture was very tired. Cigarette burns on several pieces, a light that's top had detached from the base and a TV that could only seem to show one channel and no card explaining how to change the channel. It was clean and quiet.

Surely never staying Again

The area surrounding the hotel was the first red flag. There use to be a restaurant right next to the property but it is boarded up and has glass and a sketchy alleyway. Upon check in I walked into the lobby a few minutes early and instead of just being accommodating I was told nope..it isn't check in yet. It's not what you say ever, it's how you say it, customer service is key. You are given a room key and have to stumble upon where it is because directions are given vaguely. The room was dusty. The clock had grimey dust. The corners of every crevice had dirt build up. The ironing board soiled. The tub needs paint, replacement,or a magic eraser. The pool was the only high light which would have been more delightful spare the random kids running about without guidance, no staff to detour danger. The breakfast is a 2/10 because you can make waffles. I would put the highest gate around the property to try to separate from the surrounding eye soars. Get a staff that actually cleans, not straighten up. One night, never again

Too many restriction you can’t smoke, including vape nowhere on their property because they have contract with some damn hospital. I paid a whole lot and the place wasn’t even clean, I pay over $200 a night. After you pay on Expedia in full and you still have to put down $100 deposit and sign a damn paper saying that you won’t smoke in there or your Deposit will be gone. but OK just one night I can manage that but never again.

Horrible, dirty, damp, nasty. Deceiving pictures.

Room was nasty, stunk, damp, dead bugs on the floor. One bed was beat horrible, and had yellow stains on it. Bathroom belonged in the ghetto. Ceiling tiles need replaced, chipped painted bathtub, rusty, shower faucet leaked water. Not even full size pillows. Only pleasant thing about this place was the front desk last who checked us in. Don't stay here.

The room was dirty and had stains all over the curtains. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom where a fan should have been. The breakfast was still not ready after 6:30 and missing bowls for cereal etc.
