Room in need of many updates. Not really clean, hair in tub and debris in corners. The shower curtain rod not in correct place and causes water to spray out both sides unless you rig it by bending rings to stay. Stains on bathroom floor that were questionable/unidentifiable and most likely not cleaned properly. A/C leaked water on the floor and outside on what seemed to be only our room. Bathroom light would turn off and on randomly when on. Towels were not available at desk when asked for. Sketchy people hanging out in parking lot that may or may not have even been renting a room. We did stick it out because we had our dogs and there were not too many options elsewhere. However, I think it should have cost a lot less per night for what we got.

The room did not match the pictures. They have modern updated rooms lining the courtyard, but the rooms in the corners are not updated, and are cheap loss leaders. Wallpaper, old stains on chairs, etc. Nothing like the majority of the other rooms at the hotel. Also, the ice maker portion of the mini fridge was frozen full of ice. I asked for a different room, and was placed in another "corner" room. I got in the second room and the mini fridge was half the size as the first. It wasn't full of ice, but I could only fit one water bottle in to put in my cooler. I asked how much for the more modern style room that I saw in her pictures when I booked it? He said he could do something in the morning if I wanted. I was top tired, and was leaving in there morning. The next morning, there was a puddle in the room on the floor under the ac. There was a jaccuzi hot tub by the pool, but he said it was closed. I walked by, and it was "on " all night and into next morning. There is already a "no lifeguard swim at your own risk sign", why is the jacuzzi closed? I had a hard hot day, and the jaccuzi was the reason I booked the place, so I could relax. But, I any use it because? I'm gonna stop there for now.

The lobby was beautiful and held most of the attraction but going to the room and viewing the property compared to the pictures online left something to be desired. Overall the cleanliness was okay but certain amenities like the ac and tv were working incorrectly and /or broken. The pool was great and the breakfast needed some more options but was laid out nice and tasted well. Overall a good bang for the buck but isn't the best place for a picky eye.

This room was not one of rooms as expected. There were no pictures of this room. The walls got peeling wallpaper. cracked, tear up flooring in the bathroom. Wasnt expecting the pool and jacuzzi to be outside. The pool looked dirty. Its crazy to charge over 100$ for a dirty room that barely got properly cleaned and change bedding. And can not get cartoon network it says its unauthorized. There has been trash left in the room from previous people

When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. When I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t a major concern she was still very stern and strict, making sure that she was the one in charge and not me. She made me very upset and I just ended up leaving because there was no debating her rules and regulations Customer Service has gone downhill where the customer is never right and you have to put up with unsatisfactory Customer Service.

I checked in & was given my room keys , my room door was ajar, I found a maid , she came in to see why & she pointed there were towels missing so she left the room she didn’t speak English . So I shut my door and put the little lock chain over , a few min later someone tries to come in my room . It was another maid with a few towels . Room was not ready , that should not have occurred . Glad I had the chain on the door and was not nude .

The photos advertising the property were nothing like the actual property. I tried to cancel my stay when I saw it and I was told that was not an option. All rooms have exterior doors. The parking lot is dark and there were people loitering around the vehicles. There were some rooms that were accessible through a courtyard, however, the rooms still had exterior doors. The room smelled musty and not clean. There were holes in the wall around the shower fixtures. The bathtub water could not be shut off completely and the tub was stained. There were holes in the walls of the room and the air conditioner was leaking into the room. There was a gap aroud the door large enough to see light from outside. The bed had black specks on the sheets. The pool looked nice, but the hot tub was a dark gray color. I left and found another establishment.

Horrible place

Upon entering my room, several issues immediately became apparent, significantly impacting my stay: ​Ineffective Air Conditioning: The AC unit failed to cool the room adequately, and a "check filter" indicator was visible, suggesting a lack of maintenance. ​Non-functioning Lighting: The main room light was inoperable. ​Pest Infestation: Immediately upon entering the bathroom, I discovered roaches crawling on the wall. I took a picture to document this, and upon reviewing it, I was further disgusted to see significant fecal matter around the toilet. ​Refrigerator Malfunction: Everything placed in the refrigerator froze solid, rendering it unusable for keeping items chilled without freezing them. ​I reported these issues to the front desk, but the staff showed a concerning lack of concern. Despite multiple attempts to speak with a manager, I was repeatedly told they were unavailable ("not here" or "on a conference call") and my requests for a call back went unfulfilled.

The property looks nice. The pool would be worth it except check in is not until 3 and the pool closes at 7. Totally not okay. Not enough time for new check ins. Hot tub is out of order. Water is darn near brown. And when I came back to my room with food and set it up to eat roaches came from behind the TV the head board from the ceiling. I didn't stay in the room for 5 hours
