The house was clean, but the bedroom furniture was outdated. It needs deep cleaning and airing out to eliminate the old house smell. Overall it was a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

It was obvious from the first step into the property that the host has gone above and beyond to make an enjoyable stay! We had a wonderful stay! Checkin was very simple with keypad and easy entry code. House was very beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and lovely. The historical area it was in was beautiful. Always able to find close parking on street. Beautiful and safe neighborhood to walk in.

The Matador is conveniently located and a great place to stay. There’s plenty of room and everything needed to accommodate your needs. Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the master shower was heavenly!

This is our second stay at the Matador. It is a lovely little house in a beautiful neighborhood close to downtown. Jeff was extremely easy to work with. We'll be back
