The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was a single bed smaller than what I thought it would be but comfortable with nice soft pillows. There were some nice additions with the biscuit and tray for tea and coffee as well as room service which considering a Saturday night arrived to the room quickly. Breakfast was enjoyable and good selection and willing to make eggs to my order. Only downside was the room felt dated and the window sill needed a clean. Bathroom was a good size, overall a good stay.

Flawless hotel, clean and spacious room, warm, dark and very quiet eventhough we stayed on New Year's eve. The bar area was excellent too and breakfast outstanding.
