CASA Grande Private courtyard with Hot Tub Central Location

Casa Grande is located in the heart of the Hill Country. It is 1.5 miles from the Nostalgic Wimberley Village Square and centrally located to many of the nearby Hill Country destinations. It sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably and offers peaceful and serene surroundings. It has plenty of room both in the house and outside. There is a beautiful and private courtyard with a hot tub & grill and plenty of sitting areas. The property is loaded with amenities, very affordable and great quality. Dog friendly!

You will drive up a long windy drive to a beautifully landscape entry and parking area. Casa Grande is large and wide open with plenty of room. Casa Grande is a peaceful slice of Hill Country heaven. It is 1.5 miles from the village square. It is located central to many hill country attractions.

The outdoor courtyard is surrounded by 30 foot bamboo all the way around. Beautiful Live Oaks and Cedar Elms offer great shade in the summer. The BBQ grill (propane provided) and outdoor seating offer the perfect ambiance for hanging out outdoors. After a long day of activities and sightseeing the Hot Tub is just what the doctor ordered to soak you stress or sore muscles away.

All of our TV is internet. You can log into any of your subscriptions and SLING TV, Netflix and Amazon are provided at no cost.

The dinning table seats up to 8 and has easy to pull out extensions.

There is one king bed in the master bedroom. It has a few steps to enter the master bedroom. One queen bed in the second bedroom which has a few steps to enter. One queen bed in the third bedroom and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom.

A propane fire pit is located in the front yard area. The fire pit is for Casa Grande, registered guests only. It is not a shared amenity. (We provide the propane.)

AQUA AZUL - Sun Deck and Pool *** The pool and sun deck are shared with Casa DE Wimberley REGISTERED, paying guests only. The Pool and pool deck are the only shared amenity. The pool is an above ground, salt-water pool. The pool is open year around and is not heated. The pool is located a short distance via trail from the front door of Casa Grande.

We are pet (Dog) friendly and allow 2 dogs per reservation. Please see our house rules for our pet policy.

Onsite Security Camera - a security camera is located on the edge of the awning over the outdoor deck. This camera points towards the driveway and parking area to monitor coming and going of vehicles and safety and security of vehicle and guests getting in and out of their cars. It is aimed away from the house (opposite direction) of the outdoor deck and house. It is clearly displayed under the awning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Wimberley. It was perfect for a family of five (including a three year old) in the Wimberley area for a few days for a winter wedding. The house is clean, well appointed, and cozy. The couches in the living room are spacious and welcoming, all the beds large and comfortable. Communication with the host was brisk and unfussy. We would totally do it again.

It's a great house.. Plenty of space and the outdoor area is very nice. The cleaning service didn't do a great job. On arrival there were wrappers under beds and not swept under and the kitchen cabinets are a bit of a mess, but overall it served us well.

Nice house - read review (no laundry facilities / rude owner)

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The house was nice and Mark was responsive, but the listing was inaccurate regarding laundry facilities- not a deal breaker but inconvenient. Mark offered us the use of another onsite laundry room on a limited basis, I appreciated his gesture and thanked him. We were able to get by and never used his other laundry room. My issue with him is that when I was completing this review about a week after we left his house, I asked if he’d update his listing, his response was unprofessional and rude. I added a picture of it. Up to this point he was very courteous and professional. Due to his lack of courtesy and professionalism in the text, we will not return to this VRBO.

Annual family reunion in Wimberley

We come to Wimberley annually for a family reunion with six other groups of cousins and their kids to gather and play in Cypress Creek, Blue Hole, and the Blanco. This year two of us small families of 3 stayed at Mark's Casa Grande and it couldn't have been a better fit for our two multi-generational families! All the beds are very comfortable, the AC works well - very important for a hot June week in Texas. While we didn't use the pool or hot tub, due to being with other friends and family - it was a nice option that we would use next time. The home was well equipped with all the necessities, and it was a nice surprise to have stocked with coffee, teas and creamers. Also very grateful for the toiletries provided since we did not fly with ours. Made for an easy check in and didn't feel the need to immediately run to the store. The two other homes on the property will provide a nice option for us in the future! We look forward to a return to Casas De Wimberley!

Girls trip weekend

We had such a great time during our girls weekend at Casa Wimberley. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for a quiet getaway but still close to everything we wanted to do. The host was responsive and kind, and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend for a weekend escape with friends!

The house is perfect, lots of room to spread out, beautiful upgrades were done with great taste. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you might need, check-in was very easy after a long day of traveling. The town of Wimberley was cute with great restaurants and shops. Texas State Graduation 2025

I booked late for graduation, so all the spots in San Marcos was already booked, but I am glad they were! This was a nice spot. Very large house - way bigger than expected. Very welcoming and very comfortable. The weather was perfect! The town nearby would have been so lovely to enjoy, but we didn't get to because of graduation, so we'll be back!

Wonderful stay in Wimberely

Beautiful property! Great rooms, comfortable beds, and fantastic outside space. Didn’t spend much time in the pool or hot tub as we were visiting for a wedding in San Marcos. Easy to access and conveniently located near the HEB and the town square.We had 4-7 people depending on the night, and we comfortably slept—great A/C and nice to have two full bathrooms. A well-stocked kitchen and plenty of places to gather inside and out.
