Welcome to the "Petite Source" in the center of a family-friendly and lively resort! «La Petite Source» is a charming location, full foot, of about 110 m², completely renovated in 2020. You benefit from an ideal situation 50 meters from the sea and the shops of the main commercial street.
You have a private garden fully enclosed, in the city center with garden furniture, garden umbrella, deckchairs and barbecue.
Everything is done to make your stay pleasant. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and a « cabin » mezzanine in the living room. It can accommodate up to 9 people.
Equipment: Entrance with storage closet. 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed 140x190 and television in each room, 1 with bunk beds plus a single bed, mezzanine in the living room with a bed 140x190). WC. 2 bathrooms, one with 2-seaters Jacuzzi, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine, refrigerator, freezer etc.) living room, flat screen TV, Wifi.
The accommodation is equipped for babies: high chair, bed and security barrier on request.
The living room iscentrally located. On one side, one bedroom and one bathroom with bath and toilet, and on the other, two bedrooms and one bathroom/jacuzzi and separate toilet. Ideal to come with friends or family. Everyone has his privacy.
Cleaning fee (mandatory following the health crisis) at the end of stay: 110 euros (guaranteeing the disinfection of the place)

Familienurlaub zwischen Strand und Dorfleben
Schön gelegenes Objekt, mit schönen Garten. Ideal mit Familie und Hund. Zu jeder Zeit Sonne irgendwo auf dem Grundstück. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat Zugang zum Hof.
Küche alles da, Backofen allerdings als Beistellgerät.
Lage: 100m zum Strand, 100 m zum Einkaufen. Die Strandregeln mit Hund sind etwas streng für den Hauptstrand und Promenade, aber nach links ins rechts kann man bei Ebbe ausweichen.
Parkplätze im Ort frei.
Ein schöner Urlaub mit genug Freiraum für jedermann. Spielzeug und Malstifte vor Ort.

Logement Cosi entre mer et le centre de Wimereux
Y avons séjourné à 3couples pour y fêter Noël et le st sylvestre.un sapin illuminé nous attendait, délicate attention.
Logement Cosi très bien situé.
Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et agréables.

Super Haus, Strand um die Ecke
Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Platz und schöner Terrasse. Der Garten ist für Hunde ideal. Das Grundstück ist sicher umzäunt. Die schöne Steinmauer und der blickdichte Holzzaun sorgen für Privatsphäre. Der Garten wird von morgens bis abends von der Sonne bestrahlt.
Zu beachten ist, dass das 3. Doppelbett auf einer Art Empore im Wohnzimmer hinter dem TV ist. Der Abstand vom Boden zur Decke beträgt etwa 1m. Es ist sehr gemütlich jedoch in heißen Nächten schlecht zu kühlen. Wobei wir bei den Bettdecken wären, die sind zwar superschön und neu aber für Hochsommernächte zu dick.
Und - last but not least - eine zweite Dusche wäre praktisch.
Strand befindet sich praktisch um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in dem schönen Ort Wimereux sind in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Auto hat Pause. Wir brauchten es praktisch 2 Wochen lang nicht. Was auch gut war, denn es gibt keine Möglichkeit, auf dem Grundstück zu parken und die Parkplätze auf den engen Straßen sind knapp aber kostenlos.
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus und ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
