Although the man at the front desk was pleasant, he said that he had to assign me a room on the first floor, where most hotel chains put pets. My dog is a service dog with official papers, and most definitely does not make messes inside. Yet she and I were required to have a 1st floor room where previous non service dogs had stayed, as evidenced by the odor of urine. Since it was late and I was exhausted from the long drive, I decided to stay in the room. In the morning, the free breakfast was a joke. The pancake machine was broken, the "eggs" were a fake yellow hockey puck that my dog would not even eat. There were muffins, toast or bagels, or fruit. All that was edible were a few boxes of cereal- who knows how old those boxes are.

More than adequate for our needs…
Hotel was convenient and very reasonable for a quick overnight midpoint on our trip. The desk staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel was clean but in need of updating, seems to have been a long time since any updates have been done. We passed on the hot breakfast after my husband sampled the eggs and just grabbed a couple muffins for the road. Overall I would stay here again (and did on our way back, though it was 12:05am and I couldn’t book online with the app—paid considerably more as a walk-in, clerk begrudgingly gave me a $4 AAA discount at least).
