Very convenient location to access restaurants etc. Friendly hosts. Road parking seemed feasible. We'd stay again.

Spotlessly clean place and the owners really friendly, ideal base for exploring Windermere and it's surroundings. Breakfast choice was excellent really can't fault this place

Both Rob and Becky were very welcoming and friendly during our visit. Breakfast was excellent. The place itself is perfectly clean and had really comfy beds. Location was spot on and only a 5 minute walk to Windermere. Plenty of walks and activities to do in the local area too.

Best place I’ve stayed!
I had an amazing stay! The bed and sheets were very comfortable and the room was really clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and Becky and Rob were wonderful hosts. They made great suggestions when my tour was cancelled at the last minute and we’re very thoughtful and kind.

Rob was an amazing host! He welcomed us and offered to help with our luggage. The hotel was very pretty, clean and cosy! Rob also suggested places to visit and was very friendly. A nice atmosphere and place to stay! The breakfast was lovely too! Thank you for the great hospitality! 😊
