Front desk staff during our stay were friendly and courteous at all times. The room, for the price, was underwhelming to say the least. Perhaps some added toiletries would cause the guest to feel that the room was worth the price, in other words. The placement of the microwave in the room was awful. It's at the bottom of the coat closet (yes, at floor level), and if you wish to use it, you have to open the closet door and keep it open. I would suggest finding a more convenient spot for this appliance. There are also questionable businesses (rundown motels) surrounding this hotel that definitely made me feel unsafe. I was also displeased that my deposit, which I was told would be immediately removed after checking out, was not. It remained in a pending status on my credit card account for 20 days! Unacceptable! In closing, the hotel is brand new and has great staff, but I would be leery about staying here again in the future.

The brrakfast was ok. Wish they had different type of sausages. The turkey and apple were not that good. Also the breafast potatoes seemed to be baked and lacked any flavor. Wish they had a pancake machine. My kids lived it when we stayed at a different hotel chain. The precut fruit were not fresh, thwy were old. Parking was good but spots in the front of the building wede pretty tight, not much room between vehicles. The parkibg around back was perfect. Staff very polite and helpful.

This place is an absolute GEM right before the Detroit/Windsor border bridge. Huge rooms that are fully updated and immaculately clean, a well stocked breakfast (hot and cold options), and excellent service both at breakfast and from Francesca at reception. An amazing value for the price!! Highly recommend.
