Property was great. But we are unhappy bcuz I made reservation for 2 nights on separate web encounters. We were unable to stay in same room for both days. Hotel could not change rooms due to contract. We were willing to upgrade or downgrade. Very wasteful & inconvenient.

This property, although it was rated highly, had a major issue: Advertised as a "Non-Smoking" property... NOT TRUE. The room was very clean and bathroom was very well equipped but that did not make up for the fact that is smelled like an ashtray filled with old, saliva soaked stogies. We had to sleep with the window open all night and it was next to a semi-busy street. Since this is a betting town, roll the dice on another "Non-Smoking" property.

Prompt attention

Our room was comfortable and well appointed. However, the shower was clogged and backed up while taking my evening shower. I called the front desk and they contacted maintenance. It took them 2 visits but the clogged was successfully cleared within an hour. I would stay at this property again.

We've stayed here several times in our travels between California and Utah. Very satisfied with the whole experience beginning to end. Check in is quick and easy. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. We enjoy the full breakfast provided to guest. We'll continue to stay here in the future.

The rooms are not like the one pictured. From the moment we checked in things were bad. The beds were too hard, they share a pool with another hotel, and the maid service consisted of changing the liners in the trash can and the used towels in the bathroom. Not anywhere near worth the price we paid for the weekend.
