The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Willing to do whatever to make our stay enjoyable. We only had two small issues with our stay first one being the ac in the room we couldn’t get it to that ideal temperature I like to sleep but I’m sure I could have figured that out on my own with more effort. Second issue was just the noise from the area around the hotel but again that is almost expected staying downtown in any city.

The property itself is wonderful! The staff has excellent customer service, it’s clean, and beautiful. It’s a good option for someone wanting to go to a game right across. The area unfortunately has a lot of homeless and we just didn’t feel very safe walking places.

Great hotel. Very clean and beautiful room with nice amenities like Nespresso machine and fridge. The location is downtown and not ideal to walk at night. Doors to the hotel remain locked all day. Quick 10 min walk to RBC Convention Centre.

The Alt Hotel provides a very convenient and comfortable stay. The only downside was the Winnipegers loudly cruising the streets outside late at night.
