When we checked in there was someone passed out in the lobby and the workers didn’t seem concerned until I said something. When Expedia called them they denied that there was anyone there. Wouldn’t have felt safe taking young children there.

Front entrance smelled of smoke. Facilities were clean. The hot tub was old, and water was only warm. Pool was cold, but I know there was maintenance on it the previous day, so maybe it just hadn't warmed up yet.

Doors need daily programming?

Overall stay was great. It gets quite annoying when your door needs to be reprogrammed daily despite paying for your room for your whole stay when checking in. Why is this happening? It is hard to go back to front desk with all your shopping just to get your key report . I was asked if I had my ids once and I told the front desk it was all in my room?!

It was good. I like my locations close proximity to the airport. It looked like that area in the city is for hotels close to the airport. Other areas were close by, and the walk would be better in warmer weather. No one’s fault. The service at Best Westerns Restaurant wasn’t that great. Kinda slow and disorganized. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay at your hotel

The room was clean, the hot tub at the pool was lukewarm, there were no towels in pool area and when we went to the restaurant was immediately asked for a voucher that we didnt recieve to be told maybe not everyone gets one. The restaurant service was terrible.

quite run down. had to change rooms because our tv didn’t work and no one could help fix it. our first room had tape to seal a window covered by a curtain that had holes. shower was run down and the water pressure was poor. pool and hot tub were gross. take pictures of things as soon as you enter the room or they may get you for things that are already broken before you enter the room.
