We had a reservation for 7:30pm in the restaurant for the seafood Buffet Dinner. Halfway through our dinner at 7:55 pm we were asked to pay our bill and grab what we wanted from the buffet as they were shutting down at 8:pm. I had my relatives from London England with me and they were horrified and I was mortified. I asked to at least have a takeout tray so I could finish my dinner in my room. I was told that because it was a Seafood Buffet they couldn’t give me one. When we reserved a table for 7:30pm we had no idea that they closed the restaurant at 8:00pm. They did not inform us. The restaurant was on-site on the hotel. When we first arrived at the hotel to check on to our rooms I was given a room that wreaked of water damage. I had to ask for another room.

The room had a terrible odor os stale cigarette smoke or something. Staff did not seem concerned and offered a bottle of air freshener to spray throughout the night. Had to find alternative accomodations due to kids getting headaches from the smell.
