When we were checking in the staff let us know there was an issue with room we had originally booked and offered either a discount or a free room upgrade, they even offered to show us the rooms before we decided. Very friendly staff, would recommend this hotel to anyone.

As always the staff are excellent! Very polite, accommodating and friendly! The pool wasn’t working when we arrived which devastated our grandson however they were able to get up and running within a couple of hours. Great breakfast!!

Let me tell you, folks — the airport? It’s right there. So close. So easy to get to. I’ve been to a lot of airports — the best, the biggest — but this one? You’re there in minutes. People can’t believe it. No traffic, no hassle, you’re in and out, just like that. It’s tremendous. Other cities wish they had this. Total winner.

The only big concern is the area around… got car vandalized on the parking lot. If it hadn’t been for that everything would have been great… sadly, these things are hard to stop…

Very large suite with couch, large desk and comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave but oddly, no bedside clock. Complimentary hot breakfast was good but not as many options as some of the other places we've stayed. They did have 24-hour coffee available and an indoor pool and well equipped gym. We would definitely stay here again.
