Disliked: Check-in, communication
Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we chose to leave early.Communication before and during our stay was limited. We received access information shortly before check-in and only received the door code, with no additional guidance or communication from the host. This was different from our usual vacation rental experiences, where hosts typically provide check-in details and helpful information about the property.The property did not appear to be prepared to the standard we expected based on the listing. Some amenities that were identified as being provided, such as basic household items, were not available upon arrival. Guests may want to confirm what is actually supplied before their stay.After arriving, we had several concerns with the overall condition of the property, comfort level, and our experience during the stay. We also had concerns regarding privacy that made us uncomfortable remaining at the property.When we notified the host of our decision to leave early and shared the reasons why, we did not receive a response and had to contact Vrbo directly for assistance.We understand that experiences can vary, but cleanliness, accurate listing information, communication, and feeling secure in the space are important factors when travelling. We are sharing our experience so future guests can make an informed decision.
