The hotel has a shuttle that seems to run every 15 min. Since it's close to the airport, it's a nice perk. Still, from the airport, you have to schedule it, it won't be there for you or every 15 min if you don't contact the hotel. The room was okay, but hot. Seemed old in terms of its structure. There was a window AC, but it has an automatic energy power off, so it kept going on and off during the night. Outside my window there was a pipe pushing hot air out of somewhere that I couldn't figure it out what it was. It kept making noise from time to time. The shower is not strong and has a small stream and I had to keep turning a bit more the hot water. There is a Denny's restaurant and a Bar/Steak house attached to the building which is great for winter and raining days. I haven't used the rest of the facilities. Overall, it's a good hotel for a quick overnight or business trip, but don't except much of it.

This hotel is tired and in need of a refresh. The elevators barely work and the hallways are worn out and dirty. The room was clean and fine. Staff was very kind.

Close proximity to polo park and restaurants. 2 restaurants on-site too in Dennys & Chop. Bad part is rooms not soundproofed very well. Woken up early both mornings with people walking around upstairs. Was 5 rooms away from elevators but could hear them aswell as people making noise in the corridors

It was very uncomfortable the first night our room had no working air conditioning None of us slept more than 2 hours Front desk lady walked away from me when I went to talk to them a second time One told us they would give us fans Another staff z no there are no fans They had no other rooms available They took very long to check us in We didn’t check in until 10:30pm Kept saying room is being cleaned but it was probably the air conditioning they were trying to fix They should have told us there were no rooms instead of making us pay and putting us in a very hot sauna feeling room
