Hot tub was ice cold, loud laundry carts roaming the halls at 5am, jacuzzi suite had damaged drywall from the humidity. Beds were comfy and staff was good to deal with.

Yes it was very nice , the pool in the other hand was horrible way too far couldn’t find it , when find it it the water was so dirty , it was actually brown water , not very impressive other then that it was nice , maybe the stuff should smile when attending you at least a a bit happy

Needs a major update especially with the sister hotel now next door. Pool wasn’t working when we were there which wasn’t told to us at check in and allowed us to walk by the front desk in our bathing suits until we arrived all the way down to the pool to realize it had been closed since before we even checked in which wasn’t made aware to us.

Hotel was dirty, people sitting all over on floors, no socks on, food on floor in hallways. Bathrooms had dirt in every corner. The hotel had a dirty smell to it.

Room was clean and we had it made up between the 2 nights there. Went to use the pool and hot tub one evening, pool area was filthy, debris everywhere and muddy floors. Floors were soaked, puddles everywhere . No towels. The hot tub resembled a swamp and apparently was out of order but no signs were up stating so, only told that after we complained at front desk. One of the 2 TVs in our suite didn’t work. Suite VERY overpriced for what it was. Dated bathtub shower combo. Parking lot very small for larger trucks.
