Front end staff lied about the hot tub working just to get us to check in. The hot tub was not working. The manager said she gave us 40$ credit but was still charged the full amount. The front desk complained about people on other rooms without a care who was listening. Definitely will not stay here again as all the staff lie

I can only provide a maximum of three. There are no slippers in the room, not even disposable ones. Additionally, there are no bottles of water available in the room, even the small ones. The breakfast options are quite limited. Easy check in and check out.

Our first room had water in the bathtub, front desk told us to grab a plunger from her and do it ourselves. Afterwards, we went to get the plunger and she changed our room, which was fine. Room was decent and clean. We had rude people partying and causing a loud scene in the halls, police, fire and ambulance were called on theses guests we are assuming, needless to say because of the commotion, our child did not rest or sleep well and went to sleep super late due to the noise and woke up ill the next day. It was a decent hotel, front entrance was clean, just can’t control who books or what intentions are. Minus the ruckus, it would have been 4/5 star.

Room was spotless. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Front counter staff were excellent. Mostly quiet at night except for a lot of contractors and trades people leaving for work early in the morning between 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM. Breakfast was good, but you have to ask for the yogurt which they keep in another refridgerator.
