First time in Winnipeg and at this hotel. Just wow. Feel like I’m in an Agatha Christie novel crossed with an episode of Luther, cool, slick old world charm with phenomenal service!!! Randolph at front desk went above and beyond and gave me a beautiful room with a view of the Human Rights museum on the top floor. Espressos, walking closet, clean modern interior - NOT a soulless beige blob. Chef from Rome made a a mouthwatering porcini pizza and the Aviation cocktail and complimentary house bread (match)sticks and hummus were divine. Best server in a long time - Fran was frantabulous. Can’t wait till I’m back here in theee days!!! 24 hr fitness center, Illy coffee, room service, fridge delivered to room within a minute, I can’t even tell you how great this stay was. Thank you!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Beautifully kept, excellent customer service throughout the hotel. Very quiet, without people running in the hallways or loud people around (very different experience compare to other hotels in Winnipeg). I felt that me and my family were safe at all times. The food is excellent too. I love the voucher we git o yak yak for staying over the weekend..that was a pleasent surprise.
