A budget-friendly option, within walking distance of the Winooski Circle where you can find many popular shops, bars, restaurants & coffee shops! It is 2 levels - the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom at ground level and a living room with 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Free parking onsite!
PLEASE NOTE: This is on a busy street and can be noisy especially at night. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are facing the main street. Earplugs are provided.
STEEP STAIRS - might not be suitable for children or elderly.

1 bedroom and bathroom located on the main level. Bedroom 2 & 3 are upstairs.

-this property is located in a diverse, multicultural neighborhood. The street is busy and fairly trafficked so it can be noisy at night.
-this is a dog friendly unit - if you have allergies to animals, this might not be the best fit for you. We do not allow cats.
-this is a newly renovated unit in an OLD house. It has some quirks. We are a budget friendly option close to Burlington but this is not a luxury accommodation. Our prices reflect this and are significantly reduced compared to local hotel offerings.
-Parking is available for 1 vehicle only. Additional vehicles must park on the street (free street parking).
