Lovely condo centrally located in Winston-Salem

It is minutes from downtown Winston-Salem, Wake Forest University, the Innovation Quarter, Reynolda Gardens & Village, Coliseum Drive, University Drive, Highways 40 & 52, the Salem Parkway and all associated public transport.

Pets and parties are not allowed, and there is absolutely no smoking.

This 1200 square foot condo has two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Each bedroom has a king bed, a desk and a full bathroom inside the bedroom. The bedrooms have light blocking blinds and shades. We use cotton bedding only & there are ample pillows. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space. The bedrooms are both upstairs. There is also a linen closet upstairs.

Downstairs, there is a dining room that seats 8. Off the dining room is a kitchen with updated appliances, an electric kettle, plenty of pots & pans & cooking utensils & pantry/non perishable essentials for preparing meals, coffee & tea options, a coffee grinder and a French Press.

There is a laundry room off of the kitchen with a brand new washer & dryer & shelves containing unscented, hypoallergenic detergent & other laundry essentials.

The living room is large & has a work area where you can plug in to a modem if need be for folks working remotely. The internet is fast.

There is a TV and a firestick in the living room. We do NOT have cable, just the firestick.

Off of the living room is a cute fenced in brick patio that contains a glass table with four chairs, and a small bar & stool. The back of the patio is lined with bamboo, and behind the bamboo is a stream you can hear running. It is quite tranquil back there & you will see multiple birds. A pair of barred owls lives in the complex.

Downstairs there is also a half bath & a closet.
