When I arrived, there were no more standard two queen bed units available for me. I offered to pay extra for a two queen bed unit that faced the lake, but I was told that prepaying through a third-party did not give me that option. Had to wait over 15 minutes for a manager to be contacted so that we could finally get our hotel room. In the end, the manager approved a two queen bed unit facing the lake after all. Quite a hassle because of the disconnect between the front desk person and the manager.

Room was small and poorly designed with a refrigerator that was a joke. Bistro is a waste with overpriced extremely limited menu. Smarten up and provide a small breakfast like Hampton Inn. Free brewed coffee in the lobby would be a welcome.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. The view of the lake, just wow. My husband hit the gym in the mornings and I was able to do laundry after a trip to Legoland. The breakfast was top notch. I have 2 little kids and the staff loved them! 5 stars all around.
