Room was clean, but cold…Air was still on.,however the Temperature dropped outside! Staff were friendly and professional. The deadbolt lock was loose on door and sadly, the bathroom smelled like smoke and the shower water took exceptionally long to get warm! Otherwise it was a good stay!

The hotel is convenient to Lego Land, downtown, Bok Tower, Theater Winter Haven and other sites. The room was clean. The sink in the bathroom was draining slowly and the receptionist got it taken care of as soon as the maintenance person came in that morning. The free breakfast was well staffed and there was a good selection. We stayed three nights and will stay again.

The room was very clean and the free breakfast was nutritious. This hotel is very convenient to downtown, Lego Land, Bok Tower and other sites. The sink in the bathroom drained slowly and the toilet paper holder had a screw loose. The receptionist fixed the toilet paper holder and she got the maintenance person to clear up the drain the next morning. We stayed three nights and will stay there again.
