Clean room, staff was nice. Was a smoking room it was clean but had few extras. No extra blanket even though I needed one. Security was good but safety was an issue. I was not told how narrow and steep the stairs were. I would have chosen a ground floor room. On the shower there was no bar to hold on to if needed. I am an older adult and was really afraid I would fall

The room smelled a little damp, the bed was very comfortable and clean, the walls were damaged and the bathroom door was stained and damp, good TV channels and they have a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's decent. Coffee is available all day, very tasty, and the pancake machine is a great way to make breakfast. It's what saves the day. The staff is very attentive to everyone and makes sure nothing is missing. We'll be back.
