The king mattress in each bedroom is very uncomfortable. Each guest complained about that. An ironing board was available but we could not locate the iron. The shared hot tub was a great option and the location was perfect for our week in WP. The Happy Stays app and RAD experience did not seem necessary and we shouldn’t have needed to use either. We didn’t benefit from additional discounts and didn’t use the app beyond reading the check in info. You will hear the neighbors walking around above you but no issues during quiet hours. The unit is new and everything was clean.

Perfect Location in Winter Park

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was super nice and clean and included everything we needed for our stay in Winter Park. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife and shopping. We loved being able to simply walk to the Thursday night concert and weekend art festival without having to search for a place to park. The two king beds and bonus room were perfect for our group. Communication from the property manager was excellent! We definitely plan to return next summer.
