Founders Pointe 4355 Ski In Ski Out Winter Park

Founders Pointe is located across from the Base at Winter Park Resort Village and is considered ski in ski out condominium. The 10-person gondola at Winter Park Ski Resort is 200 yards from the lobby door of Founders Pointe. Take a break from skiing and walk back to the condo for lunch or to warm up. Winter Park Resort Base Village also has shopping, restaurants, and bars for your entertainment. The free shuttle stop is located just across the street so you can ride into downtown Winter Park and back for free.

This one-bedroom, one bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 and is located on the third floor, where the amenities deck is located. You can access the amenity deck from the condo, just steps to the hot tub. You will find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a microwave convection oven for making meals at home. This one bedroom at Winter Park Resort base has comfy seating and a queen sleeper sofa, with a flat-screen tv.

The dining table seats 4. Just off the living room, you will find the patio and direct access to the amenities deck.  The bedroom has a king bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a soaking tub to relax in and riding the slopes at Winter Park Resort and a walk-in shower.

Park in the heated garage, the cost per day per vehicle during ski season is $21 and there is a $3 service fee during the summer season.

Founders Pointe is located just across from the base of Winter Park Resort, a short 200-yard walk to the gondola. This condominium complex features an activity deck with a large outdoor hot tub, seating, an outdoor fireplace, and BBQ grills for guests. You will also find a coin-operated laundry room on the third level.

The slopes, condo, and hot tub were nice. But the different codes to get in and out everywhere were terrible. There was a different code for your room, hot tub, garage- it was very hard to manage with kids that need to come and go. The ski in ski out was misleading because you had to walk quite a ways to get to the gondola

The location was great, across the road from the gondola and not far from the free bus line. The host was very quick to respond. The hair dryer broke while using it and the brought a replacement very quickly! The condo was clean and perfect size for my husband and I.

Great condo, convenience all around!

We stayed here for spring break with our 2 teen children and it was great! The location of the condo on the same level as the hot tub and laundry was a big plus! This was also our first time staying in a ski-in, ski-out location which was also very nice. The only negative thing I would say is that some of the appliances Need to be updated or thoroughly cleaned. The small microwave oven and portable skillet were quite dirty. Otherwise great clean and pretty condo!

Fantastic location on WP property and in the building!

The property was great! The check in was challenging because of my lack of digital finesse. Gratefully Kendall was awesome. I’m used to a world where people like Kendall move up in the ranks due to their customer service. Well stocked kitchenette and comfortable living space. The unit was not fully stocked with Kleenex or soap in the shower. Parking fees should be built into the rental. Seemed micro-managed. Would like to return someday!

It was a very short walk to the Gondola and Gemini lift. Amazing location. Beautiful condo. Clean, modern, great communication from Winter Park Lodging about condo, amenities, parking options. Lovely stay

We enjoyed staying in this condo for a ski vacation. It was very clean, especially the linens which seemed to be brought in from an outside service. The unit was well stocked and communication with the management company was great. Parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo!

Our family of 4 with two adult children stayed in the condo for 3 nights. It was a little crowded but we made it work with a pull out couch and we brought a blow up mattress. There was one in the closet too. The hot tub was fabulous and steps from the porch. My kids got first tracks one day as short walk to gondola. Nice place and convenient. The manager checked in for any problems and promptly replied. The gas fireplace was hot and helped dry out everything. The laundry was down the hall. Bring quarters as they were hard to find in the village. Would stay again!

Two of us stayed here for a quick trip to Winter Park and it exceeded our expectations. The place was clean and the location was even better. Easy to reach the hot tub and the base of the hill. This is the best ski resort rental we have found! When there is enough snow like we had, we could ski to the other side of the street from the entrance, < 30 ft of walking. Comfy bed, and more than enough space. Only thing we noticed is that it isn't very brightly lit, but that can actually be nice in the evenings after a long ski day.

We stayed here because our son was ski racing all weekend and it was the perfect location, we never even moved the car. Only thing was the oven is a microwave/convection oven thing and I decided not to deal with it and we just ate out. The blow dryer died and they immediately brought me a new one!
