Founders Pointe is located just across from the Base at Winter Park Resort Village and considered a ski in ski out condominium complex. The 10-person new gondola at Winter Park Resort is 200 yards from the lobby door of Founders Pointe. Take a break from skiing and walk back to the condo for lunch or warm-up. Winter Park Resort Base Village also has shopping, restaurants, and bars for your entertainment. The free shuttle stop is located just across the street so you can ride into downtown Winter Park and back for free.

This studio with a full bathroom sleeps up to 4 and is located on the fourth floor with views of amenities deck and peek-a-boo views of the resort. You will find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a microwave convection oven for making meals at home.
