The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Perfect condo with everything you need! We enjoyed our stay and how close it is to the mountain to ski! Nice covered parking and easy access to the hot tub and grill area. The only annoying thing is the unusually long codes to get in the doors. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Adorable Condo - great location!

We stayed at this condo with our 2 boys for spring break 2026. Even though the ski conditions weren't the best, we had an amazing time! This condos location is perfect. You can walk right out to the shared hot tub and grills and it has a huge private patio overlooking the village/slopes. We could walk right across the street to the gondola and restaurants and the ski locker storage was very convenient. The condo is adorably decorated with mid-century decor and even had a record player with records, which was so charming! There were games for our kids they loved. The master bed was super comfortable! My only feedback is maybe add blackout curtains to the master since the windows face the tree lit street. Overall highly recommend and would love to come back!

Our family loved our stay. The location was great - just across the street from Winter Park Village - the unit was well stocked with everything we needed, and we were just steps from grills, a fire pit and massive hot tub. We would love to stay here again!

What a great couple of days. Location was so easy to get to the mountain. Locker room great for ski equipment and easy access to parking garage. Perfect space for relaxing with family. We cooked in 2 nights and all equipment need to make meals was provided. Definitely had a great trip.

Another Great Stay!

This is the third unit within Fraser Crossing in which we have stayed over the years. Once again, it was a great setting for a relaxing week of family time. The condo had what we needed and was clean and comfortable. Of course, there is some wear and tear that you'd expect in a ski-in/ski-out condo, but it does not detract from the experience. We look forward to staying here again!

This condo, building, location are ideal for a family visiting winter park. My only criticism would be that the house had very limited supplies (no trash bags, no plastic bags / foil for food storage, 4 total plastic cups) Otherwise, it was a perfectly pleasant stay.

Founder/Fraser Point

We travel to Winter Park a good bit and love the Founder/Fraser Point complex. You can't beat the location and pricing. The unit was well equipped, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Side notes, the 2nd bedroom is a twin bed for traveling couples and the grills in the courtyard take a long time to get to temp.
