Our apartment "17 AM BERG" is located in the beautiful Sauerland, in the district Siedlinghausen, approx. 8 km from the core city Winterberg. Situated on the southern slope, our home gets lots of sunlight and offers a fantastic view. "17 AM BERG" is a basement flat with garden access, furnished in light colours and comes with a separate entrance and a parking spot. You only have to walk roughly 150m to reach the public playground. The extensive renovation and refurnishing of the apartment was completed in April 2021. Everything is up to date! Each of the bedrooms has a box-spring bed and wardrobes or storage space, magnificent chandeliers and a QLED, wall-mounted Smart TV. The living area features an additional "The Sero" Design TV. Free WiFi is available in all rooms.
The white kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances , e.g. dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and Nespresso capsule machine.
The flat comes with a designated parking space. Parking is also available in the immediate vicinity. You have direct access to the garden with its lovely settee. A charcoal grill can be provided. The adjacent boiler room, which also serves as a ski storage room, has a washer & dryer, a vacuum cleaner, etc., which guests are welcome to use.
