This welcoming 50 m² apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs. Its open layout, warm interior details and flexible sleeping arrangements create a practical and comfortable setting for up to four guests. With a furnished balcony and dedicated storage for bicycles and winter sports equipment, it is well suited to both active holidays and relaxing stays in Winterberg.Living and dining area: The open living space features a comfortable corner sofa and a cosy dining area positioned beside a stylish wooden slat partition. The warm materials and thoughtful arrangement create an inviting atmosphere for shared meals, quiet evenings and relaxing after a day outdoors.Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen includes a hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, Senseo coffee machine and kettle. It provides everything needed to prepare breakfast, drinks and home-cooked meals during your stay.Sleeping area: A comfortable double bed is integrated into the open living space, offering sleeping accommodation for two guests while maintaining a practical and spacious layout.Bedroom: The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and a television, creating a private and functional sleeping space for two additional guests.Bathroom: The apartment includes one practical bathroom with the essential facilities for a comfortable stay.Balcony: The furnished balcony features a table and four chairs and overlooks the garden.
