On Expedia where I booked it said there was a 20-25$ resort fee. When I checked into the hotel they said it was an additional 66$ this is almost what the room cost. Very disappointing that there was this extra hidden fee without any notice. Staff tried saying it was because it was out of season. It is especially disappointing when it wasn’t the cleanest resort.

The hotel was very dirty and dingy. It definitely needs to be updated. I felt gross even going in the pool with how dirty the surrounding area was and how murky and cloudy the pools were. The rooms were fine but very old and the door had either chew marks or chips out of the bottom. No comforter on the bed. Everything just seemed very scuzzy and icky for lack of a better word.

Affordable and great location

The room was large and we had a huge Jacuzzi tub and fireplace. We had a problem with lots of ladybugs in the room but we weren't in the room too much anyway. The upstairs mini water park was falling apart but we were the only ones using it so it was nice that it wasn't crowded and my little niece had a great time. Overall it was a nice stay and we would go back since the location was great and the price was reasonable.

I used to love staying at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, it the poerty conditions and cleanliness were terrible. Hot tub did not work, linen appeared dirty, the bed platforms were broken and part of the mattress sunk in to the platform, coffeemaker broken (old coffee/out of date given), and the other guests were extremely loud. I could not sleep two of the nights I was there because the kids were loud. I won’t be staying here ever again.

Room was not cleaned well, linen not washed. There was a dirty wet towel left in our bathroom. Under our bedding, we found dirty socks and a dirty baby bib from previous guest. One of the beds only had a flat sheet, no fitted sheet. It was clear that this room had not been cleaned properly or changed with clean linen.

My Family is local to the area and we have been to Atlantis twice now. The only thing we dont like about this hotel is the mattress need to be replaced with new ones. They r not comfortable and thin u can feel the springs while sleeping.... other then the beds we love this hotel and will be back.

Water leaks coming from ceiling into bucket. Room was small overpriced broken tub. And staff continued to lie about someone to come help. Rude person in pool area made it unsafe to be around. We had more fun going away from hotel than actually being there. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times but never again. Really really needs updates!!!

Staff is incredibly nice and do everything to keep you happy and keep the place together. The hotel is just super run down and dirty, pools weren’t functioning and room and hotel was dirty and breaking, seemed to have mold in a lot of places.
