First time at Hilton garden inn

This was my wife and my first stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. We've stayed at many Wis Dells hotels but none were as clean and well kept as this. The room as well as the property very well kept. Everyone from the front desk to the janitor was extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast was wonderful also.

Usually very happy with this place

I’ve been to this hotel many times. I was surprised when I checked in I asked if they have any balcony rooms and she said I’ll check. She said you’ll have the 2nd floor. I assumed it was what I asked. It was just a regular room.. I asked if I could have a bottle water she said 1 moment. She went to the back room and said no because I wasn’t a higher level Hilton member. I always got 1 or 2 before

The facility was clean and tidy. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There was four of us and we stayed three nights. The kids didn’t want to leave. We will be coming back.

Good location and comfortable

I was visiting friends in the area. The location was good. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite. The coffee in the lobby was excellent! However, the room was not refreshed the first night. I was busy so I didn’t ask to have someone come late night to clean the room.
