The worst room yet from Hortel.com

Room was dirty, smelled bad, and had a patio door to the outside that was unlocked with no lock on the door. After I checked in and went to my room, there was a key pad on the door that did not work so I walked right in, as could have anybody else. Felt very unsafe and hardly slept at all.

Someone went in our room and left a ziplock bag full of cooked chicken that had mold all over it. Staff said they looked at the log for entry into our room and no one but us went in. We definalty did not put it there. Very unprofessional. Tub would not drain. The worst place i have ever stayed

First, the price we paid on line and the price we were charged at the hotel were different. We had had to get a manager involved to clear that up. Second that room was clearly in desperate need of updating. For all the money we paid it was just awful. Then the people above us over filled there tub and flooded our room and we had to be moved. It took forever for someone to bring us the new keys to our new room. It was terrible. Don't even try and call for new towels either, what a joke!! Never going back!

Room was fine, shower was a little dirty. Got free waterpark passes but couldn’t even do anything cause there was no tubes or too long of line. Couldn’t even stand in the wave pool without being within 2 feet of someone. It could have been fun but way too overcrowded for me. There was a group of around 30-40 people waiting for tubes at the lazy river. Best part of my trip was my dinner away from the resort.

My. Olympus June 2025

Ok we stayed in building 10. Thought I was reserving hotel Rome. Disgusting. Smelled like pot and vapes everywhere. Broken door and trash everywhere. Parking attendant refused to let me park in handicap. Said I would be ok. Never going back. The water and theme park were ok and there were other kind staff. Not much for healthy food choices.

Our experience was okay. The bedroom was very lackluster. There was a painting covering the window in the room(which I assume is because the window didn’t overlook anything outside). The headboard was painted on the wall and wasn’t actually there. Which is fine but odd. The bedding was paper thin, and everything felt damp. Making our sleeping conditions very uncomfortable. We also didn’t have any hand towels in our room, or a towel to lay down on the floor for when getting out of the shower. For what we paid for the hotel I would have expected it to be in better condition.

Mt. Olympus summer vacation

At this resort property there are any different buildings so when reserving a room it's hard to tell where you'll be. At first we were given a room in the check in building which was quite a distance from the park area, it was nothing like the room pictured, but they were happy to change my room which then made for a better vacation
