The staff truly stood out—everyone was great. We enjoyed the amenities and found them fun. The room could use some updating, and an additional lock would help with peace of mind.

Room condition was okay but fairly expensive for the winter season. This room and building are the furthest from the Waterpark at about 1mile away. It was not very modern or convenient, but was ok and mostly clean.

There was a cockroach crawling around our room. On top of that, the TV was very small for the size of the room and the speakers were completely blown on them, they were absolutely shot. It was hard to even keep the volume on to watch a movie. The towels were also covered in lint, and what looked like toothpaste and blood. Would NOT recommend.

The hotel staff locked my family out of our room in the middle of the night due to a billing issue on THEIR END. Zero apology from staff at OFF SITE check-in building that we had to drive to to fix in the middle of the night with our 6 year old child. Will NEVER stay at this overpriced, overcrowded DUMP again. Lame watermark with lame slides and lame pool.

The room temperature was cold, the furnace did not keep the room warm enough. We asked for blankets and got more bed sheets instead. I would have brought my blankets if I knew the hotel has no blankets/comforters. No coffee maker in the rooms. Barely a shampoo and conditioner mini bottle for 4 people and a mini soap for all. No indoor pool in the hotel, I guess since it comes with a water park entrance you have to drive to. The water park was overall nice but the water is cold and the place overall is cold. There’s only 1 stand for pool towels on the opposite side of where we were so we had to take trips back and forward many times through the day.

The room had no heat , moved us to another room there was bugs in it and there still was soap wrappers and shampoo in the shower. The water in the pool was too cold to swim in. We do this trip and stay there every year, last year it was great!!! This year not so much😟

Was taken by surprise that our hotel room was not located in the same building as the water park. Very deceiving with booking. Especially if you aren’t familiar with the Dells. We were able to get a room in the building with the water park for a fee. It is a confusing property and experience but overall we had a good time for the price. No coffee maker in the room. Just another way to get you to spend more money. Definitely a tourist trap but if you like that sort of thing you won’t think anything of it. My boys enjoyed it but you do run out of things to do at the water park after a few hours if your kids are 12 and older. Need some basketball hoops in the pool. They wouldn’t let us play with a small water ball so the boys got bored in the pool pretty quickly. Medusa was fun. That made it decent over all.

They put us in a room far from the waterpark, it should have mentioned while booking, it’s about 8 minutes driving. the room is very outdated, the AC/Heater was so noisy, Bugs in the room, It’s just not good for a healthy family stay. It looked like a cheap motel. Also, there is nothing in the room, not even a coffee machine. It’s not good experience at all.
