Pine Trail Falls @ Spring Brook Resort

After a day spent enjoying the family, come home to this cozy four bedroom, two and a half bath ranch style abode. With quick access to Wisconsin Dells' attractions, this roomy and private home is the perfect place to set up camp with friends and family. The outdoor area is readily equipped with table and chairs, a grill grill, and a fire pit for evening bonfires. Pine Trail Falls sleeps a maximum of 10 people.

Four individual bedrooms provide privacy and space for you and your guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath. The three additional bedrooms come with a king bed, TVs and share the second full bathroom. Enjoy that morning coffee in a nicely equipped kitchen complete with a separate dining area, seating at the breakfast bar and full appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen accesses the adjacent living room which has a gas fireplace, TV and sitting area. The common area sofa sleeper offers nighttime accommodations for additional guests. Read your book on the deck, catch your show on TV or browse the internet using the complimentary Wi-Fi provided. A large utility room with washer and dryer add to the conveniences afforded to guests of this home.

Pine Trail Falls is a very short drive to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 10, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. This home is pet friendly – pet fees of $75 per dog, max of two dogs, sorry no cats allowed. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.

Excellent Visit

The property was very clean. The location wad accessible to many attractions and restaurants. The rental property was very comfortable.

Communication

Our check in was delayed over 2 hours. And nobody called to inform us before we drive 3 hours that we would have to wait. The air conditioner didn’t work. And overall the communication with the property was horrible.

While the beds were comfortable enough there were several items that were disappointing. A curtain rod was falling out of the wall in one bedroom, the blinds in another bedroom did not fit the window and did not close completely, there was no light in the refrigerator and the kitchen faucet didn't turn off without a lot of work. The exterior was not very inviting and the house was also dated and furnishing worn; not like other Spring Brook homes we've rented in the past. Because we were not in the house very much it marginally worked for what we needed but I would never rent it again. Given the high cost for renting for 2 nights, I was very disappointed with this house; definitely not worth the cost.
